Service Description

Food safe! No nasty smells! No abrasives! We clean up behind ourselves! when we arrive, we will heat the oven, degrease, scrub and clean out the oven space, leaving it spotless. We clean all oven grills, racks and trays. We take them will us and drop them back to you the next day or best available to you.They are hot soaked, degreased, scrubbed and rinsed in our hot tank. Included; we clean behind the fan panel, behind the elements and we even take the door off; clean between the glass door panels -so you can see what's cooking again! We can even replace the high temp oven light globe if required. Pick a day on the calendar and you’re all booked in, hassle free! Payment is required in full either on booking or on the day and you can pay by cash or card (we carry eftpos)! Please be aware there is a travel surcharge of $25 out side the Adelaide metropolitan area. if you are unsure if you are outside the metropolitan area please call 0457335829. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or rescheduling please call "0432376887" 48 hours before the booked time/date to avoid being charged a $50 'no show fee' on top of any deposit paid. If we can swap your booking to another day we will always try to do what we can. (We try to be as helpful and flexible as possible just let us know ASAP). The outstanding amount is due payable on the day that our services are provided and can be paid in cash, via eftpos which we carry on-board or over the phone. Our minimum callout fee is $110; if we cannot perform work for any reason (e.g. bbq is damaged beyond use) when we arrive, this is a minimum of $110 to be paid. We do not guarantee a ‘like new finish’ with any of our services. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us directly on 0432376887 or email us at enquires@bbqdr.com.au. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis (They are extremely rare as we tend to do such a good job, check our Facebook reviews!) Our services will be provided within the time frame that you have requested when booking. If you have chosen an incorrect service/timeframe we will charge you accordingly as per prices on the website. If you wish to cancel upon this revision you will be charged the remaining portion of our callout fee ($49). You agree BBQ Dr is not responsible and cannot be deemed liable for any damage, injury, illness or death occurring from the cleaning, servicing, use or misuse of products and/or area(s) in which we are performing or performed any services. You agree any repair or replacement costs incurred directly or indirectly during/as a result of the cleaning and/or servicing process is at your (the customer's) cost. We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions at any time.
